Bob Costello Associates have an enviable track record of designing engineering services for the Vehicle and Engine Testing Market. Recent projects include MSport at Dovenby in Cumbria which has the contract for the Ford Rally Team. This project includes a high dynamic AC dynanometer for testing performance engines, especially Ford Cosworth engines for rally cars.

Recent projects include a customised emissions testing facility for diesel engines up to 400kW at Detroit Diesel Corporation in Michigan, USA. This was undertaken in conjunction with AVL List GmbH of Graz, Austria.

The containers were built and equipped in Austria then shipped to Detroit for final fitting out and commissioning. BCA have carried out of a number of projects with AVL including test facilities at universities at Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Hanoi in Vietnam.
